We have been using “QB Sync App” for more than 2 years now in our online store running on Drupal. The application came along as a result of a lack of features in other apps I found on the market. Other apps in addition to being very expensive and with no choice but a monthly subscription, were not fulfilling our company needs. Destiny Solutions has created the perfect app for our company allowing for a simple, automated workflow and TWO WAY synchronization between our store and our QuickBooks file.
The “QB App” takes the orders from our store, modifies the status (from pending to processing) then creates a sales receipt in QuickBooks with detailed information as appears on our website. Our sales require shipping and Destiny Solutions has integrated shipping capabilities right on the app. All we need to do is enter basic package information and the address is already filled up as the customer entered it, thus reducing the room for mistakes in our end. After the shipment has been completed, the app goes back to the website, send a message to the customer thanking them for their order and providing a tracking number as well as updating the status of the order to “Completed”.
The app gives us absolute control of what information is collected and where and how that information is processed in QuickBooks, bank accounts, items category, tax categories etc.
In addition to the above app, Destiny Solutions has done many other jobs for us always performing beyond expected. They have a wonderful customer service that has always taken care of our needs in a timely manner. They understand priorities and will go out of their way to make sure that we are entirely satisfied.
